AI Chatbot Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Chatbot Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing consumer-facing AI products, with a deep understanding of advanced large language models (LLMs) and chatbot technologies. As an AI Chatbot Specialist, you will lead the development and integration of sophisticated chatbot systems, enhancing user engagement and providing innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced chatbot solutions using large language models such as GPT-4, Cloud, and other relevant technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbot solutions across multiple channels including WhatsApp, text messaging, and email, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Implement chatbots with memory and state management capabilities to handle multiple users and maintain context across conversations.
• Leverage the LangChain and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures to enhance the intelligence and responsiveness of chatbot interactions.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize chatbot performance, incorporating feedback and metrics to continually improve user engagement and satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and chatbot technologies, applying innovative approaches to drive the product forward.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing consumer-facing products.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with advanced LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, and similar technologies.
• Proven experience in the LLMS, Langchain or similar and understanding of RAG architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to implement chatbot solutions with memory and state management for multiple users across various channels (e.g., WhatsApp, text message, email).
• Strong programming skills in relevant languages and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
